I came across this verse this morning.

“(LORD) all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.” Psalm 139:16 (NIV)

Is it not a comfort to know that each day of our lives has been authored by God? That nothing in our lives will ever come as a surprise to Him? Doesn’t this verse also somehow motivate us to live up to the story God has written for us?
